Questions About Products
As of yet, no questions have come in about any of our products, but should errata need to be issued for a game in the future, this is the place you'll find it. In the meantime, while we wait for sufficient questions to be asked frequently to post an FAQ, here's a PAQ list for you.
Potentially Asked Questions
Q: When is your next game coming out, and what is it?
A: The Massive Vs. The Masses: Gamorzilla the Giant Monster Vs. The Army was just released as of the last time this was updated, so we'll be taking a break for a few months to let people get familiar with it and recover that rather large producion cost. By summer of '08 though, we should have released one or both of next two pairs of MvM sets, Red Shirt and Collision. Which comes first depends on how testing shakes out on Red Shirt, and various financial and artwork concerns.
Q: I was playing The Massive Vs. The Masses on a rickety walkway over a vat of acid in an old abandoned warehouse, and all my tanks fell over the edge! Is there any way you can send me some new ones, or do I have to buy a new copy of the game?
A: Our profit margin is honestly pretty thin, but if you send us an e-mail we can probably arrange something where you toss us the cost of shipping and the raw materials, and we can replace whatever you lost.
Q: Will you ever sell your games in other countries, or other languages?
A: Other countries is easy, find a store in, say, England that's willing to sell our stuff, and we should be able to ship it over there without much problem. Other languages is a little trickier. The actual translations are easy, but the games need to be mass-produced in those languages. So if there's only one store in all of Japan who wants to stock a game, we'd still have to print at least 500 copies of it, and I'd rather not have a warehouse with 490 copies of Japanese MvM. If there's a demand though, we'll match it with a supply.
Of course, if you don't mind us sending English language copies of games to your non-English speaking country, that should be doable. The Massive Vs. The Masses weighs just under 2 lbs. for anyone trying to work out shipping costs.
